Very clean room, staff was professional and even call before checking time to let us know the room was ready. We had beach chairs and umbrella available for our stay. I gave four stars, the reason was, we could not change thermostat to our liking. Yes it was controlled by the resort. (I ask, and they give us answer….)

Fantastic stay!

Room 10 is really nice! Very spacious 2 bedroom with an amazing balcony and upper deck. If you get there after the office closes, don’t worry, they put your key in an envelope with your name.

I Great place for R&R. Just a laid back feel. Very niche community. A real Hidden gem. Rooms look great, updated with lots of amenities for my taste. The atmosphere is great very nice Landscaping beach on one side marina on the other. Very good restaurants everything’s close by you can walk everywhere. Mark, the property manager is the best he will make you feel like you were staying at his own home. He will give you all the information you need and take care of everything necessary for your stay here. He definitely makes staying here that much better. First time impression great. Will be coming back as soon as possible . I came here with my wife for her birthday and our anniversary. She is very satisfying and happy so I am too. 🤗

We have been coming to this property for decades. I remember when the new owners had a video of what they planned for it to look like after the remodel, and I didn't really think it would happen. Well, it took a few years, but they accomplished their goal. It exceeds my expectations. It is absolutely beautiful. They captured tropical, modern and comfy all together. To add to all of that, the service is now exemplary. As soon as we arrived, the manager had wagons with chairs and umbrellas delivered to our door. Everyone is just so friendly and kind. This beach is our favorite in Florida -- we have tried different places all over the state, and we live less than an hour away from Cocoa and Melbourne. But, this is where we always return. We have also stayed at most of the places on the island, and now Escape is where we always return. It is not directly on the beach, but the rooms are spacious, and the pool is fantastic. There are no other places with that combination. And the beach is literally a one-minute walk away. They do have water view rooms on the intercoastal.

Absolutely wonderful! My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Escape, and Mark was friendly and proactive. The property was fantastic and our king room was very spacious. The walk to the beach is just steps away. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend this property!
