The hotel itself is great. Rooms are VERY spacious. The snacks mid day is a sweet touch, the morning breakfast was decent. BUT all the additional fees the hotel charges are OUTRAGEOUS! Plus $40 per night for parking. Location is close to downtown and a short drive from the beaches. Due to all the fees, don’t think we will be staying here again.

Overall stay was great. We had a nice time and the location is great! Some room furniture needs to be updated. Keep in mind there is a $28 resort fee and $40 for parking daily plus taxes to be paid at property. The breakfast was great too! The gym was also nice!

Great property minutes from both main beaches. Breakfast is perfect and free. They also have happy hour every evening free drinks with awesome views of the Gulf of America. Property also give a daily credit for food and drinks. Publix supermarket is 2 minutes away and Armand circle is a quick drive sober the bridge.

The staff, room and amenities were absolutely awesome! It would have been nice to know prior to booking that there was an additional charge parking and for resort fees. Although they did credit us back the resort fee if we spent the money at the bar.

Staff was very good; breakfast was excellent with plenty options. Room was very clean. The F&B credit was a good way to keep business in the restaurant (Bridges) which served us excellent meals catch of the day (grouper), the scallop dish and the special of the night at a very competitive prices compared to local dining options. My only complaint would be the $40.00 fee per night for parking when you can park across the street for $20.00 or on the road at no cost.

Great staff, great food, great pool, clean rooms and breakfast was free and very good. Stayed for 2 weeks and loved every day. Free drinks and snacks at happy hour was a big perk!!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located close to Lido Beach. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the made-to-order omelets were especially delicious. One minor drawback was that the bathroom had almost no hooks or shelves, which made it a bit inconvenient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel

Stayed at this location in Sarasota to be close to Siesta Key Beach. Great location and had use of the gym, free breakfast and also Free Happy Hour each evening. Nice room and friendly staff as well! WE probably should have booked two rooms but overall, beautiful room and relaxing stay at this hotel!

Embassy Suites Sarasota exceeded all expectations. Housekeeping was exceptional, keeping the room immaculate throughout my stay. The team at the 8th‑floor restaurant and bar deserves special praise — great service, great energy, and genuinely welcoming people. I’d gladly stay here again.
