中国系の滞在者がおらず、静かで、建物の中も綺麗に片付いていてとても良かった。 以前聞いた話だと、ストーブは使わず北海道で冬もエアコンしか使おうとしないなどトラブルが多いようだったのでタイミングが良く安心だった。
