Our room was spotless and exactly as described on the site. The check in process was very easy and staff were very courteous and listen to customers. The best part was the location of the hotel for it to be connected directly to the train station. It’s very convenient and reasonable price. Coz In Sapporo city is too expensive to stay. Staff are nice, but we don’t see them often, so it’s better to ask questions when you checked in. Room is very clean, but they will not come to clean your room, if you don’t ask them.

Our booked rooms are distributed to different floors. In fact we have marked our request (to be close to each other) during the booking process. The reply of failure from the hotel is not because it is too full, but because they are not being requested. It made us very inconvenient during our stay. 朝食のエッグベネディクトが、ありましたが、ホウレン草が添えてなかったので、ホールの女性に声をかけたのですが、自分の仕事を済ませてからの対応でした。 自分の仕事とは、次のお客様へのお皿の配膳です。 それが終わるまで、ホールに立ってずっと待っていました。 このような場合、どのような対応が最善か皆様でお考えいただければ、今後良い方向へ向かうのではないでしょうか。

ツインのお部屋は、十分広く清潔でした。ただ、スーツケースを広げる台がないので、ベッドの上か床で広げるしかありません。アクセサリーや時計を置く台やスペースが欲しいと思いました。シャワーだけなので、まだ北海道は寒くて、湯船が恋しかったです。アメニティは、フロント前でもらうシステムです。表示が分かりにくいと思いましたが、充実しています。

スタッフの案内はわかりやすく、駅近で良かった。 野球観戦後も球場から大雨の中徒歩で帰ったが、思ったよりも遠く感じなかった。 朝食会場は9:00に行ったら混雑していて行列ができていた。結局朝食は9:40ごろに食べられて、チェックアウトギリギリになってしまったが、食事は美味しかったので満足です。朝食会場の広さ等に課題があるのかもしれないが、総じて満足できた。

1. 設備・ハード面の設計ミス • エレベーターの致命的な不足： 客室数に対して2基という設置数は明らかにキャパシティオーバー。 • 運用ロジックの不備： 混雑時に途中階から乗車できない状態が放置されており、イベント併設ホテルの動線設計として極めて不合理。 2. 「スマート」の名を借りたサービス省略 • 説明不足のセルフ化： タオルの交換は申告制、部屋の掃除はなし、アメニティも室内に未設置。これらが「スマートな運用」として事前にアナウンスされておらず、単なるサービスレベルの欠如となっている。 • アメニティの欠如： 必要なものが部屋に揃っていない不便さが、チェックイン時の案内不足でさらに増幅されている。 3. コストパフォーマンスと周辺環境のミスマッチ • 朝食の価格設定： 事前案内なしで1人3,000円という強気な設定。 • 周辺の選択肢不足： 付近に朝食をとれるカフェや代替施設がない「逃げ場のない状況」を考慮すると、ホスピタリティに欠ける価格設定と言わざるを得ない。 4. コミュニケーションの欠落 • アナウンスの不徹底： モノやコトを極限まで削ぎ落とす「引き算」の運営をするのであれば、それに対する丁寧な事前説明が必要。何が省略されているのか分からず、現地で戸惑うケースが多い。
