ベッド3台が必須だったのでファミリールームを予約しました。部屋は広くてお風呂は洗い場付きでトイレ・洗面台が分離、簡易キッチンもありちょっとした調理もできてとても快適でした。エスコンフィールドも遠くに光り輝いて見えました♪ エレベーターが少なくチェックアウト前は大混雑で何台も見送ったのだけが残念ポイントです。

カードキーではなくSuicaをルームキー代わりにできるとの事で 携帯がルームキーになってくれて なくす心配が減り快適に過ごせました 駐車場も広々としてて使いやすかったです 下に食事出来るところファミマがあり とても快適でした

朝食は駄目でした　和食が無くて　パンもイマイチ　特にクロワッサンが美味しくなかった (焼きすぎ) コーヒーも2杯とも温い　がっかりです　そこそこのやり方だから仕方ない　次回利用しないだけ　駐車場も周辺に停めたら2000円かかった

部屋の掃除が出来てなく、非常に不快でした。 新しいホテルなので期待しすぎていたのかもしれないです。 部屋に備え付けの電話もなく、フロントに直接連絡できず非常に不便さを感じました。

ツインの部屋に泊まりました。 広くて清潔感があり、窓からはエスコンが見えてよかったです。 ただ、シャワールームが狭く、右半身に障害がある私には辛かったのが残念。 あと、キャリーケースを置けるところがなく、ベッドに広げるしかないのがイヤでした。 チェックイン、チェックアウトはフロントのタブレットで自分でやりますが、なんの説明もなくわかりにくかったです。 フロントに12球団のユニフォームが展示してあって、天井からサイン入りのバットが飾ってあたりで、野球好きにはたまらんホテルでした。
