Já conheço muitíssimo bem o prédio, sou morador do mesmo, é fantástico! Porém este apto administrado pela VivaStays tava muito ruim, c/problemas muito graves. Precisa d uma manutenção mais cuidadosa, tá relapso, meio largado. Ainda assim é válido pelo prédio e pela região. Tem unidades melhores no mesmo prédio noutras administradoras, atente!
