Nice property. Good breakfast. Pool is outdoor and small. Lights in the corridor take too long to come on after entering the hall. I always had to walk about 5-7 seconds in total darkness until the motion sensors turned on the lights in the corridors.

Good location, overal good amenities. The shelves on the closet were a little dusty. Some equipment at the exercise room was broken, and no water was available. The exercise room was too small and could use more cleaning. I loved the towel warmer! Good view of the city. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel is nice and de location is good if you’re there for to do something around the area. The room is good, just comes out of the faucet drops of water. The room had a dishwater machine, fridge, stove, but not one plate, cup, pans, nothing. This is not fare. No one cup for to drink water. Ahhh a small bottle of water cost R$ 15,00 but at the same street cost R$ 4,00. Continuing… no amenities in the room. Excuse me, the hotel is not a B&B but is poor like a rat.

Equipe maravilhosa, sempre prestativos. A cama do quarto é razoável mas tenho alguns pontos negativos, travesseiros de má qualidade, tinha somente um travesseiro por hóspede, não tinha cobertor extra, o frigobar não estava abastecido se precisasse de uma água tinha que descer na recepção. Café da manhã muito fraco com muita pouca opção O bairro é muito perigoso. Não vale a pena o valor da estadia pelo o que o hotel oferece !!

A nossa estadia não foi condizente com a bandeira Mercure, diária cara para o que oferece. Quarto simples, travesseiros péssimos, não tem frigobar no quarto, ar condicionado barulhento, se precisar de uma água tem que descer, como no Íbis que é metade do preço. Piscina suja. O café da manhã é bem simples, suco de caixinha, não é natural. Reservamos quarto com duas camas de solteiro, informaram que iam pedir pra juntarem as camas e colocarem o pillow, mas a camareira nunca apareceu. Em São Paulo tem outros hotéis do mesmo valor que valem MUITO mais a pena.
