Unfortunately, my experience at this property was disappointing. The room was not as clean as expected, and the overall maintenance of the hotel seemed below standard. The staff was very responsive when issues were raised.
The breakfast options were limited.
The location may work for some travellers, but overall the service and quality did not meet expectations. I hope improvements are made in the future.
As expected, the hotel is super basic ( which is totally fine) and I would stay again. But what isn’t acceptable, is the reception staff attitude. Super unfriendly, slightly rude very unkind. For that reason, I will never comeback to it. It’s way better and cheaper and Ito rent an apartment nearby rather than pay more for people that’s is clearly not happy in what they are doing.
Rooms looking old and needs upgrade. Towels clearly old and heavy used. Bathroom mirror dirty from last tenant. Hotel under modifications and extremely noisy.

A pessoa que realizou meu check-in dou nota 10 pra ela, porém algumas horas antes eu fui até o hotel para me informar sobre estacionamento e maleiro e o rapaz que me atendeu foi nada empático, não me deu atenção,.respondeu aos meus questionamentos quase que por obrigação. A recepção estava vazia, então fui mal atendido mesmo, sem desculpas.
