"Property: Clean, well maintained, ample amenities, modern. Staff: Friendly, very attentive, well trained. Beach view: Beach front property with private access to wonderful beach. Extremely perfect for ocean bath. Flat for about quarter of a mile. Food: Great quality and variety in the buffet serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 4 restaurants, 1 cafe, 3 bars, 1 hut, and a 24 hour snack bar. "

"I have stayed here several times and loved it every time. With this stay, I had a great time. But upon check in, the room I booked was not available despite me emailing a couple weeks prior to arrival to confirm my booking. We were "upgraded" which was not an upgrade. We booked a 2 bed room and was given 2 rooms with king bed. This was not an upgrade in that my nephew (18 yo) then had to share a bed with his grandmother. With our original booking he would have had his own bed. We were offered to change rooms a couple days into our vacation, but it was too much hassle to repack and change rooms. "

When you arrive at (MBJ) Sangster International Airport, there is a Couples lounge for guests, with free cocktails, while you wait for your shuttle ride (included) to paradise! Once you arrive, you are greeted by the most kind staff, they will make sure you have everything you need. There are many activities included, from a sunset catamaran cruise, swimming through caves, snorkeling, scuba, paddle boards, and alot more. There are tiki bars along Couples stretch of the famous 7 mile white sand beach. There are also 2 pools, one with a swim up bar and also 3 hot tubs on the property. The food is amazing! Whether it was breakfast, lunch or a fancy dinner. Couples Swept Away has us wanting to come back again, again and again 🙌 "

"I would not recommend this property. They are currently under construction in the main reception area. Our room was just ok, the sink was stopped up and it took 3 calls to the front desk to have someone come and fix it. Also a light fixture fell off the wall and almost hit my son in the head. We also lost power on our first night there-which also took several calls to the front desk before it was addressed. The food was just ok but expected more from a so called quality resort."
