"Ok"

"Ame cobraron un IVA extra cuando todo devolvió ser por la app, la comida costó en su restaurante 167.000 y pedimos unas costillas que no te atuvieron bien hechas y una pechuga. El personal fue amable, y la habitación y parqueadero estuvo bien."

"The day I arrived there were over 100 kids easily on site. I ended up catching the flu that night during my stay. Wish there could be fair warning when booking if teams are going to show up and over run the hotel."

"Excellent overall."

"Excelente Opción de Alojamiento y Servicios Hoteleros"

"AC was not working… toilet not flushing and got locked out of the room because door did not have good batteries. It looks like the property was lacking preventive maintenance and they have a reactive way of solving issues. It used to be a fantastic place and it just looks that is falling apart"

"This hotel is a classic place to be, where you can experience the authentic culture, traditions, music, food, and the warmth of its people. This is where you truly feel the soul of Colombia! ❤️"

"What I always have problems with at this hotel is the parking lot, where they are not attentive to open the gate even though there is an audio button, but it is too small so you can't get the car close to the wall. On the other hand, they don't provide water to the guests."
