The room was very comfortable and clean, The staff was wonderful. I would have given 5 stars, but first one elevator had a problem that left only one for everyone to use. The day I was checking out, the second one also went down. Staying on the 7th floor with a lot of luggage and no elevator was a challenge, especially for someone with arthritic knees! Given that, though, I would highly recommend staying here. I intend to make this my go to place when visiting Barranquilla.

Great hotel

We are from the United States, and came to Colombia to visit my daughter-in-law’s family. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, and there was such a variety of food.
