"The apartment was just as described. Very quaint and had special touches added. Slippers and clean towels on all the beds, different coffees, teas, and drinks in the refrigerator. They also arranged to let us keep luggage at office and transported to the apartment since we arrived before the apartment was ready. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was super clean and Christina who was there during my 4 nights stay, was the kindest and most helpful ever. They offer free water, free coffee and plenty of snacks all at no charge. She gave me very helpful instructions information and would actually draw everything on the map to guide me in the city. If you want a budget friendly clean hotel while in Rome, I 100% recommend this hotel."

"Everything was ok except for the hot water. Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a significant issue with the hot water. During every shower, the water would only stay warm for about five minutes before suddenly turning completely cold. Occasionally, it would become extremely hot for just a few seconds and then immediately switch back to cold again, making it very difficult to shower comfortably. "The air conditioner was awesome! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. The coffee in the room wasn’t great. I’m not a coffee drinker but husband was disappointed. The main reason for the lower star is 1. The lack of water pressure and hot water. 2. At night we could hear the downstairs patrons at the restaurants until they closed at 2 am. 3. Also, if someone was doing laundry it was loud in the room. 4. The elevator was small we had to make 2 trips to get...

"We have great stay there for 2 night. Staffs are very helpful. They showed map and guide u how to go. Location s very Manzoni Train station. It s quite safe in this area. Beside train metro, they are very near Tram no. 3 which go main tourist spots. Cant say anything else. It was perfect. "
