"We arrived and were told we got guest of the day so we could check out at two. Being homeless we were excited cuz we never get a room. Then we were just harassed by housekeepers one after another and then the office calls us . Like there’s no communication, we were treated like we were a problem. Pretty disappointed cuz we like this place"

"Clean and organized. I like it"

"The room smelled bad and not clean . Outside door was wide open when I went outside at 4am so anyone could have access to the building ?"

"I did t like that I accidentally left a huge amount of money in my room when I switched rooms , I was very sick. And it was never found by house keeping etc. Thousands. I asked for them to see who entered my room because there was a couple hour time frame in the morning g which is the only time no one was in my room. They said they couldn't access the cameras."
