"The vibe for Santa Cruz wasn't here. Homeless in the parking lot through out the night. Staff wasn't the most accommodating. Would bring up fresh towels or toiletries had to get them yourself. Elevator was over 1 year expired on inspection and very clunky. Rooms were nice. Bathroom needs help."
