"The phone didn’t work and asked multiple people to fix it due to the clips being broke. The power went out. I couldn’t get to the front desk and kept directing me to the spa. I had to use my cell phone to try to reach each department in the hotel the whole time. It was a bad experience. Staff had us running around and misdirecting us!"

"Our room and floor had a lingering smell like cleaned vomit from a previous guest. It was near the elevators also near our room. I made staff at front deak aware but nothing seemed to be done about it."

"This place is as close to Heaven as you can get earthside! Not only is it stunning, but the staff and food were amazing. The bell men were especially helpful and kind and we were so impressed with all of them! The hotel lobby staff were also fantastic and the service we received at The Foundry for brunch was top tier. The grounds at Sundance are breathtaking and I can see why Redford fell in love with this location. As a lifelong Utah resident, the beauty still blew me away! We cannot wait to...
