The people are nice. The room was really nice. With a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The bathroom has a large tube and nice shower. On to the rest of the property. It kinda out away from everything. Which makes the fact that there's no restaurant or bar. Kinda inconvenient. There is only one ice machine for the hole building. It runs out of ice. Where the elevators are makes for a lot of walking. The park sucks. With very few spots. Most of which are marked valet only. Even though they're not. It's also a long walk from the car to the elevator to carry your luggage. The people are nice. I thank them for all their help.

Overall good, we had some issues with the temperature in the room fluctuating from very hot to very cold. Unfortunate WiFi outage for a day and difficult getting transportation to other locations via taxis/uber. The hotel shuttle was helpful.

We stayed for one night for our anniversary. It was a great property to stay at. The room was nice and we didn’t have any issues. Everything was clean, nothing broken. There were robes, plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable and having a little balcony to sit out on was nice to enjoy the views and fresh air. The pillows are okay. They end up going flat so bring your own pillow or bundle up lots of pillows before you fall asleep if that’s going to bother you. I didn’t love that the elevators are only on one end of the building. We ended up taking the stairs a lot, which I didn’t mind but might be inconvenient for someone else (more of an fyi.) There is a $25 charge for parking (per night) but there is no up charge for using the valet. $100 hold for incidentals. We didn’t use any amenities so I can’t review those. The pool is conveniently located in the middle of all the buildings though. Overall, I would recommend staying here and would do so again. It was really pleasant.

The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. The resort is lovely. I love spending time at the pool. My room was cleaned every day which I appreciated.It’s time to upgrade the pillows and mattresses. The pillows were squishy and felt old. The mattress was so so. Overall I would stay there again.

Beautiful clean room with a patio to enjoy the mountain air. There was an issue with our reservation- we reserved a 2 queen bc it was me my partner and his brother staying there, but when we got there, they only had a single king. The staff was helpful upgrading us to a 2 room suite to fit our situation, so we appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help.
