"We booked both rooms with a view. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast in the morning was lovely. The deluxe room on the third floor was the largest. The staff made your drink in the morning, whether it was a cappuccino or a caffe latte. The staff was incredibly helpful and helped us with a few requests: best quiet canals to get a gondola (pay with euro) and helped us arrange a water taxi for our early flight. If you don’t mind a few cosmetic imperfections (bathroom sink vanity & bed...

"Thank you for an excellent stay while we were in Venice! CasaW is such an amazingly beautiful, quaint hotel, centrally located to fine restaurants and the San Toma water taxi! All of this made our experience much more enjoyable. The hotel staff were superior in assisting with luggage and check-in. We were happy to have air conditioning and a bright clean room."

"Old tired out building with NO elevator and we were on the fourth floor. 15 stairs to reception then 15 x4 to our room. The breakfast was quite good, the cappuccino was outstanding and the breakfast server was very pleasant. Centrally located in a very worn our tourist ridden overpriced location…"

"We loved this hotel! We were greeted at the door by Giovanni who had us sit down immediately and brought us water and espresso. Our room was ready early and it was so charming! We were given great restaurant recommendations too. The AC was a treat, the towels were so soft, and the bed was comfortable. After checkout we were able to leave our bags until heading to the train. Can’t recommend enough!"

"Lovely small hotel. Very clean and quiet plus large bathroom with plenty of storage. Good breakfast and we enjoyed the outdoor terrace for eating. Air conditioning was appreciated as we were there during early August heatwave. Excellent area, not busy and easy access to bus and train. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Best apartment we have stayed in. Brand new. Clean. Safe: there are 3 points to enter code to get to room: a gate, entrance to building, entrance to room. The view is amazing from the window. Small canal view. Location is great too: 4 minutes away from S. Sylvestro vap stop. Good restaurant choices nearly. The washer/drier/dishwasher was a savior having 2 kids."
