"This was an excellent stay . The property is very well maintained . Is a complete one bedroom apartment with kitchen , living room and from yard . The host and owner is Paula , she is a grandma with a lot energy , willing to help you with anything. We sat there for 6 days to visit the Tuscany . You need a car to be here because is very central for most of the small and medien town here . Siena is about 10 km , a little further Montepulciano , Montalcino , Arezzo , San Gimignano , Pienza ,...

"What a beautiful hotel nestled in a vineyard in Tuscany. The atmosphere was incredible, such friendly and happy staff and restaurant. The breakfast was lovely! I could not recommend this hotel more. This was our first stay in Italy on our trip from Canada, we couldn’t have asked for more."

"This is a fair experience. This accomodation is an 8-room guesthouse -not a hotel in the traditional sense. It advertises as bed-and-breakfast but there is no breakfast. It’s main pro is its superb location, just few steps from Siena’s main square. Also, its manager is really customer oriented and tries his best to make you feel comfortable. Things to improve: its a/c doesn’t really cool due to room size and door/windows unsealed. The bathroom is extremely unsafe. Yet i recommend it for solo or...

"Perfect location in Siena, with soft, comfortable beds, cool air conditioning, and nice showers. Breakfast was yummy and provided a wonderful beginning to our day! No elevator, so I had to carry bags up several flights of stairs."

"This is a traditional and historic building with high ceilings and a beautiful garden overlooking the surrounding countryside.It is not a modern contemporary hotel, but the rooms are lovely, the garden was beautiful and a good breakfast too. There is a small bar in the evening, but no restaurant for an evening meal, but frankly you will likely want to explore and eat out at one of the many restaurants in the old town. A great find."
