"Hard to get to by car. Instructions for driving in to property and then parking were confusing. No staff to help in any way. WSP number given for after hours to contact staff was unresponsive to some texts. "

"As long term visitors to this hotel we were pleased to find that the new owners have done a great job with the renovations. More importantly, many of the familiar staff were still there which was very important to us. Rooms, bar, and dining area looking great. Food was fabulous.Terrace improvements make the best use of space and provides an excellent spot to enjoy the view with a relaxing drink. Highly recommend."
"You get it all when you choose this hotel, nice and comfy rooms, clean with the perfect configuration for beds (a queen and two twins), excellent service, great breakfast with lots of choice, free parking, good value. "Clean and comfortable with good air-conditioning. The staff are welcoming and helpful. There are cups available for coffee and tea and a fridge. There is a small lounge area and an outdoor patio for the use of guests. The bathroom is quite small but adequate for a short stay.
Located close to a regularly served bus-stop (near the Farmacia - just an 2’ walk away. The bus goes into the old town of Siena- take S5,S9, or S10 for a 10’ ride into the city.
There is no supermarket or evening restaurant nearby that is open every evening so take something with you, if arriving late. Sometimes the bar next door and Pasticerria near the bus-stop are open. If going into town and coming back after 10pm, you’ll need to take a different bus back. Ask for Uncinello stop. The same buses can also be used quite easily to get to and from the railway station. "
