"Gorgeous modern rooms, remodeled in 2024. Nicest bathroom I’ve ever seen at an hotel. Absolutely prime location, right on the min shopping street and steps from I’ll Campo. Amina was the best host ever and even helped us schlep our bags all the way to the Stadium parking lot (a 15 minute haul and the only downside about the property). "

"This is a fabulous BNB! Ada was in constant communication with us to ensure our arrival went as planned. Massimo gave us history of our room which was exactly as pictured. "Staff was incredible (Flavia, Claudio, and others). The breakfast was magnificent. The only recommendation that we have is that the hotel could have someone available to answer questions after 2100 when the receptionist leave. We lost power in one Side of the room where the fan was plugged and we had to wait until next morning to be repaired. However, we will stay there again if we come back to Siena. Beautiful place and helpful staff! "

"Espectacular"

"The most comfortable mattresses we have found on our travels, were in the family room of this hotel. Beautiful location, friendly staff, delicious coffee at breakfast. Quick 10 minute walk to the historic district. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to add a little more storage in the room and bathroom (and maybe some hooks). "

"If you pay attention to the hotel’s driving instructions, everything else will be 5 star. All of the staff is very accommodating to your every need. "We loved everything about this hotel! First, our flight into Rome was very delayed, making us arrive in Siena at nearly 1:00 am. We called ahead and spoke with Elena, who arranged for us to be able to access our room so very late (the hotel front desk closes at 10:00 pm). Our room surpassed expectations—large and comfortable bed, great storage for our stuff, excellent air conditioning, and a spectacular view of the Duomo and City Hall bell tower.
