"Amazing view, great location and parking. Clean and spacious, walkable to the town. Staff was kind of rude, the front desk lady raised her voice at me when we were checking out, that we have to pay the city tax!!! "Nice airy hotel with comfortable bed. Staff were helpful and service was very good. Rooms were airy and pleasant but missed having at least one English channel on TV. "Attached to St Catherine's Church.our 2nd floor is attached to a walk way, instead of walking around the other side. Siena is hilly and lots of steps. Luigi and Emanuel are very helpful. The nun at the church let us go back through the short cut. We missed the the door by a minute.
