"My room was always clean especially the bathroom! Clean towels when I need them and in the kitchen always extra coffee, tea and water. My room attendant was so helpful too. I hate to leave. The hotel is easy to get to and walking to restaurants and to the beach was in walking distant. The pools were always clean and fresh towels when you need then. The bar and food was very, very good and at the infinity pool it was so relaxing that we found ourselves to go there to relax before we go out and about in town! You will love the staff as much as we did!"

"I love everything about Rui Palace. The staff were very friendly and pleasant! The rooms were very nice and spacious! The beach is Crystal clear, clean and blue. The food is delicious and they give you plenty of Food and drinks! I would recommend Rui Palace for a great resort to stay while vacationing in Aruba."

"All inclusive is the best way to go. The buffet was delicious and our food was fresh and hot. Restaurants were amazing, we didn't have a bad meal anywhere. The staff was always pleasant and available to help with questions we had. Our room was kept clean every day with fresh beach towels and bathroom towels. The beach was amazing! We definitely loved our stay here and planning on returning."

"We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff was amazing and helpful. The rooms and overall property was clean. We love the dinner options but we had but kinda wish there were a few more options or that the buffet was a dinner option on the days we got back to the hotel later in the evening and wanted to keep it casual. We will definitely be back as this became one of our favorite secrets resort locations!"

It is a beautiful property in a wonderful location, and my stay was exceptional from beginning to end. The staff was extremely helpful, professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my visit. The amenities were beyond anything I could have asked for. I am extremely happy with my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba and would highly recommend this resort to anyone considering a visit to Aruba. I would absolutely look forward to staying here again."
