I’ve been to Aruba over 75 times and this was my first time staying at this place. It is a very clean and safe apartment. It’s super convenient and walking distance to surfside beach , only a 10 min drive to downtown and the staff is very attentive and welcoming! They have beach chairs , towels , and even snorkel gear to use. Highly recommend and will be staying here again!

I absolutely loved this place, spent just about a week. Apartment is just about a 15 minute walk to Renaissance Ocean and downtown, and away from the noise and partying. There is a nice pool in the center of the property. Each unit gets a parking space. The team was super communicative and very nice. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone!!

Great spot, super responsive staff! Definitely rent a car and take advantage of the free parking! (Also all the good beaches are a bit far and it ends up being cheaper and faster than a taxi!) overall good lowkey spot for young travelers on a budget!

Everything in the apartment was as described. It was very clean. The check in and communication was easy. The parking area was we'll marked and pleasant. I had a wonderful experience staying here. I arrived about 3 hours earlier than my scheduled check-in time, and although my apartment wasn't ready yet, the staff and property owner went above and beyond to help me. Since I was traveling with my 10-year-old child, they immediately offered us another apartment so we could settle in and rest right away. The price was very reasonable, and just a short walk from the beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay.

We had an excellent stay here. Everything went smoothly from booking to getting the keys and checking in. It was a good sized apartment for our family of three. The bed was comfortable and we liked the pool right outside our door. This is a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts. It’s a quick walk to Surfside beach. You will need to rent a car or call for a taxi if you wish to explore the rest of the island.
