"The property was clean. Seating at the pool was hard to come by and at the beach was nearly impossible. Food was OK but they did serve my son food he was allergic to even after double checking with them. "

"We were only there two nights, but it was a great stay. This was by far the best Marriott property as far as recommending my loyalty status -Everybody in the whole place. Loved the pool, but coulda used more loungers in the sun. Food and drinks were excellent, as was the service at all (especially the private island - Jennifer). And speaking of the private island, we loved every bit of it - The boat ride, the loungers on the peninsula, the food and service, and plenty of towels. The shuttle drivers were great between facilities. The only negative was the checkout process, which was extremely slow - There should be a separate desk."

"We love the Tam and have been here many times. This time was a different vibe. We were unable to get reservations at all our favorite restaurants. Their system now is terrible. They closed the Tams buffet dinner option so many nights we stood in a line for the golf cart to the Divi. The food at the Divi dinner buffet was kind of terrible. This made it so much harder to get restaurant reservations. One day we went to one of the pools that used to be for only timeshare people. It’s now open to the resort, but the people at that pool were horrible to us. Butt hurt that we were also allowed to be there. I used to love this resort because the guests were so nice and we all had a good time together. People should feel at ease on vacation and nicer. The staff are wonderful but seem tired and not happy like they used to be. I felt bad for them. We love Aruba so much but may try a different resort next time. We will see. "

"The scenery was overwhelmingly beautiful. The rooms were cleaned and refreshed everyday with new beach towels and bath towels. There are complimentary water bottles in each room. There are dehumidifiers in the rooms which gives a perfect balance of air within the room. The pools were clean. The beach was exquisitely beautiful. Plenty of beach seating and shade. There were multiple bars, and shopping stores throughout. There is a large gym colocated overlooking the water. There is a large casino and shops colocated. It was quiet and peaceful in the day and live music at night. Lastly there are so many food options included that I barely ate at half of them. There are several restaurants, the Pelican most convenient buffet style- food cooked to order. Some restaurants require reservations. The staff throughout very kind and helpful. The front desk assisted with shuttle and taxi calls. "

"Was not impressed with the stellaris. We had high expectations, but thought we were nickel and dimed through our stay. We did not expect the $70 per day resort fee on top of the expensive rates. Drinks and food were very expensive and sub par. Staff was just ok. The issue with renting palapas was also very frustrating, as we had to spend another $30 to rent, as there were very limited palapas for free. Would not stay again. Marriott overall was disappointing ."

" The Hyatt wins on atmosphere, the grounds, pool, and beach are stunning and clearly a step above the Marriott Stellaris where I stayed the week before. The outdoor experience alone feels worth it, and the common areas carry that same upscale energy throughout. But the rooms don’t match. The bathroom is outdated and the lighting is dim throughout, which kills the luxury feel the moment you walk in. For what I paid expecting an upgrade from the Marriott Stellaris, the room itself was a disappointment. The Marriott actually felt more polished inside. A little disappointed on the “resort and ocean view” your view is really other building resorts and would need to lean out over the ledge to see the ocean. Also worth noting: the Hyatt is located near the strip, so if you enjoy being close to restaurants, nightlife, and activity, you’ll love it. Personally, I prefer peace and quiet, and the busier surroundings weren’t really my thing. Everything surrounding the room earns 5 stars. Renovate the rooms to match and this place is easily one of the best resorts on the island. Staff is great and super helpful! "

"Resort is great. I loved the fully equipped kitchen/large frig. It wasn't on the beach as it looked from pictures, but across the street. The beach is murky due to traffic and was very crowded- I didn't love how there was limited shade and they would charge $35 for an umbrella. Resort is nice however and Uncle Tonys has some of the most reasonable prices food which was fabulous for lunch and cocktails."
