It was what we expected : ) Location was great (used to live next door at 999 Bush), enjoyed the painted details, left too early for breakfast, staff were helpful & friendly, parking as it is in SF. Overall a fine stay :)

Ok ,,, basic breakfast...very noisy street. Helpful friendly staff. Fridge in room. Biggest problem was noise from street. Not just traffic but " unsocial behaviour noise. Rooms are nice.

This hotel looked like a very old hotel, the rooms were old, our beds were firm, but it worked for exactly what we needed it for. The elevator was an old fashion, small, close the gate type elevator, but it worked great. Pretty neat. Staff was great. Everyone enjoyed waffles for breakfast.
