Great location. Breakfast has very limited menu. The Reims facing the water are smaller than what was advertised on the web. Overall good place to stay, but I would not rate a five.

Everything was spectacular. This is the kindest staff I have ever encountered at a 1 Hotel with the best service (and I’ve stayed at every U.S. property. They truly cared about my fiancée and I having a wonderful celebration for our recent engagement and we will be returning for every anniversary. Bravo to the management team!!

Hotel rooms are clean and quite lovely, gym is quite disappointing, tiny, hot, windowless, surprised and disappointed! My biggest issue was check-in! Kelly was quite arrogant and rude, shocked that this was our first impression..not impressed…after that staff has been wonderful and hotel is quite nice!
