"My room in the Bay Tower was very nice. However, I wss told they have 24 hour golf carts to take you to the marina tower. I tried to get a ride at 510pm and was told they were on break until 540 and that I could use the walkway to get there. Which I did. Then when i tried to get a ride back at 930pm, I was told AGAIN that they were on break and it would be 30-40 minutes to get a ride back to the bay tower. As a female, traveling alone, I didn't feel comfortable making the walk alone in the dark. Therefore, had no other option but to wait. "

"The room was clean. We did have to call for room service. It seems like they don’t do it unless you call. There is also no microwave, which is annoying. But the room was clean and the pool/rec area was nice."

"The rooms were clean but need a deep cleaning. I love that they had a host announcing the water games and activities on Saturday. I love how close to the water it is so you can walk around off the premise as well. I did not like that the water slides don't open until 11:30 and the two bigger slides didn't come on until 2 :( the food at red Marlin is not good. They upgraded my room to a water view at no extra price which was very appreciated. The room space is perfect and the views are gorgeous. The non water activities were great too."
