"Great stay"

"Hotel Indigo in the Gaslamp area was a solid stay overall. The location was excellent, and the hotel itself felt much nicer and more modern than some of the nearby properties. The rooftop was a highlight, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and pleasant throughout the stay. The hotel was also very busy, but still felt well managed. The room was clean overall, which I definitely appreciated, though it did not feel quite as fresh as I personally prefer. Still, it was clean and comfortable enough for our stay. My main drawback was the television setup. I did not like the limited channel options, and I really wish the TVs offered streaming access, which would have made the room experience much better. Overall, a nice hotel with a great location, modern feel, helpful staff, and a good rooftop."

"The food, drinks, the sixth floor pool area with food and cocktails was absolutely amazing . absolute comfort! The staff in every area of the omni was amazing as well. The ease to Petco was great as we took in a Chicago cubs/Padres 3 game series"

"Comfortable hotel in a great location. Plenty of walkable locations for meals. Hotel check in was quick and very nice to receive 2 free drink coupons and 20% off food at the adjacent restaurant, good food and atmosphere. Rooms were neat and very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again."

"The team members were all exceptional in their attentive service. It was a different experience from traditional hotels, think Extended Stay, but far nicer. I'd definitely recommend if you're looking for a longer term stay or if you prefer having meals in rather than going out. The location is close enough to Petco and the Gaslamp District to be convenient, but far enough away to not be bothered by noise."

"This property was centrally located to many attractiions and easy to find an uber. The view from the bay side was beautiful and enjoyed sitting on the balcony. I interacted with the staff to correct an issue and the staff was very understanding and willing to help. I would stay at this property again. "

"Exceptional staff, and the location is fantastic. They put a lot of care into this hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and everything clean. There was no fridge in the room I had, but they had a fridge downstairs and you recieved a complimentary reusable water bottle with water and a free drink of your choice from the downstairs fridge. "
