The bartender on duty at the pool was lazy, rude and rolled his eyes when we ordered an additonal drink, saying that we hadn't actually ordered two, just one and now he had to make another one. Food took almost an hour to receive it from the time of ordering. The bathroom shampoo, conditioner (amenities) were rusty around the bottle, dirty and said "non-refillable" but 2 of the pumps were out of the bottle. Very unhygienic and false advertising. Poor experience for $400+ a night."
