"Fantastic staff, check-in/reception was a breeze, and the staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and fluent in English, which was a big help for me. I got an outstanding recommendation for dinner which frankly was the best food I had in my entire week in Madrid.
Location was right across from the Atocha train station, and down the street from the Parque de Madrid. The Prado is close by as well as the Neptune fountain. As a courtesy I was given a late check out as my plane wasn’t leaving until 5:30...

They have a convenient shuttle to and from the airport, lovely pool on the roof along with bar with some food service, the room was well appointed and had enough room for large luggage, the bed was comfortable, and the shining star is the on-site restaurant has a nice menu, varied seating arrangement great wait staff and you can watch your meal being prepared in the kitchen by real chefs. "
