"I cannot say enough about this beautiful, boutique hotel! The staff was amazing and very communicative. As we were traveling from Martha's Vineyard with a stop in Boston, they ensured that they stayed in touch with me as I had to guesstimate my time of arrival. They texted and said my room was ready and that I could check in early. I appreciated this so much. The fresh baked chocolate chip cookies!! What a treat every night! The common area and all the amenities went above and beyond what I was...

"Room was clean, staff was great, breakfast was decent, parking was awesome. Can’t complain. If I could my only suggestion would be better pillows but that’s a personal preference."

"Needs water fountain"

"Room was fairly clean if a little run down. Bed was not the most comfortable and the slightest movement resulted in creaking. I would come with earplugs as plumbing is loud and walls are thin in older buildings. It was hard to get in touch with staff (three missed calls without a call back the day before checkin), but we booked through a third party site and direct booking would probably have been better in terms of communication. Although, even in person it was abrupt while the front desk was...

"Beautiful views!"

"I rated Comfort Inn 4 out of 5. The main issue during our stay was the airport shuttle service. We had difficulty locating the pickup area at Boston Logan Airport and called the hotel twice for assistance. We were instructed to wait at a specific location, but no shuttle arrived, even after waiting for over an hour. For an airport hotel, reliable transportation and clear pickup instructions are particularly important, especially for travelers arriving after a long flight. The hotel should...

"The room we were in had no electricity to the overhead and stove , the right window was broke, the cleaning staff, well they weren’t much around plus you couldn’t speak to them cause I speak a thee English. We had to call down for toilet paper and wash clothes. Now the front staff especially Lauren was outstanding"

"Loved the Inn! So much charm. Others were staying there, just know that it is a self-check in system with a # to reach for assistance."

"My brother and I stayed for a 4 night stay and we were super impressed with how clean the hotel was but also how on top of everything housekeeping was. They made our beds everyday, replaced towels, took out trashes, and paid great detail to ensuring we’d return to a comfortable room at the end of each day. The front desk was also super helpful and informative. My brother did say breakfast eggs were cold one morning but not sure if he brought it up to the staff. The beds and pillows were also...

"10/10 hotel stay. Clean and comfortable"

"The staff was lovely, friendly, helpful. The hallways smelled a bit musty, oddly no handle bars in bathroom to hang wet or hand towels but row of hooks behind the door and it was cracked in our room. Love the fresh all-cotton and scent-free linen. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a bigger than dorm-room fridge. (separate freezer), small sink in counter, and a microwave. The location was great for visiting elderly mother-in-law at Brooksby. The hotel would have been nice to be...

"Bel accueil"

"Very nice room, location & view. Wish we could have stayed more than one night but only used it to be close to airport for a flight out."

"Clean, friendly staff, very close to subway and right at the beach."
