"Very helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Rooms very clean and hotel also very clean. Well situated for the Metro (O’Donnell or Goya) and a short distance to the Retiro gardens. Easy to get to from the airport on Bus 203 (5 Euro per person when we took it). Lots of places to eat nearby & hotel food really good. Check out the cafes and bars in Goya. Gym small but plenty of apparatus - treadmill, 3 bikes, X-trainer, weights machine and weights. Highly recommend...

"Paloma is wonderful, the place is clean, and has everything needed. I wish I could've giver a tip but I had no euros. The area is called VENTAS because of the plaza the toros, ventas is an ok area, very close to Salamanca neighborhood either walk 15 mins or take an uber for 5 to 7 mins. "
