"The room was very clean, comfortable and warm. Plenty of wardrobe space with a safe for our belongings but one of the sliding doors kept jumping of its rail and we had to struggle to open it. The cleaner’s station was opposite our room 216 and they made a lot of noise from 8.00am onwards. The bathroom was also very clean but the extractor fan didn’t work and the bathroom soon steamed up while showering making using the mirror almost impossible."

"This was honestly the worst “hotel” experience I’ve ever had, and calling it a hotel is generous. It’s basically a hostel pretending to be a hotel. The pillows are literally like they’ve been cut in half tiny, flat, and extremely uncomfortable. The bed is extremely small, and the room is even smaller. There’s barely half a table, and you can’t fit anything properly. It feels claustrophobic the moment you walk in. They advertise private bathrooms, but what they don’t clearly say is that you’re sharing that bathroom with six other rooms. That is not a hotel experience. On top of that, the bathroom lights are on motion sensors that constantly turn off. I couldn’t even shower properly without waving my hands every few seconds to get the lights back on. You can hear absolutely everything from the other rooms. Zero soundproofing. No privacy. No comfort. The worst part was I had a serious issue with my room key. My card didn’t work, and even the reception’s card didn’t work. I was locked out of my room for hours and almost missed my flight because of it. When I asked for compensation, they didn’t care at all. No solution, no apology, nothing. This is not a hotel. It’s an overpriced hostel with misleading advertising and terrible customer service. I would absolutely not recommend staying here."

"The hotel appears to be a new hotel. The physical appearance is excellent. The room had plenty of space and was very clean. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The restaurant and the bar are very good. The hotel is located in a very good neighborhood. The hotel is very close to a metro stop (Cartagena) so you don't have to be in the city center to see the tourist sites, and you can spend some time in an authentic neighborhood. Getting to the airport by taxi takes about 20-30 minutes, and taxis frequently make rounds to the hotel. We didn't have to wait long to get a taxi to the airport when we left. "
