"I would not recommend this hotel. The location is good, but unfortunately that’s the only positive thing about our stay.
The rooms were not clean, and the noise was unbearable, we could hear everything from the other rooms as well as constant noise from the street outside. On top of that, the room was extremely hot during both nights of our stay.
We called reception many times asking for help, but nothing was resolved. Each time they said they would contact the manager, but no one ever helped...

"Excellent location, close to busy bars and restaurants, only 10 minute walk from central train station. Breakfast was amazing, very fresh and good quality food. Rooms lovely and clean."

"Tout etait absolument parfait ! L hotel est tres bien situé à la fois à proximité du centre et donne sur une place tres calme dont l accès aux voitures est interdit. La décoration est d un bon goût indiscutable, cosy et chaleureux. J ai été ravie de découvrir cet hôtel."

"La chambre était impeccable, l’hôtel hyper bien situé près de la place St Catherine, nous avons rencontré la patronne très sympa, petite attention pour la St Valentin !

"La hall è stata appena ristrutturata, il resto del palazzo è in fase di ristrutturazione ed una volta finito a mio avviso sarà bellissimo. La posizione è ottima, pieno centro vicino di tutto, ristoranti, negozi, metro, supermercati, ecc. Le stanze sono molto ampie ma come detto necessità di ammodernamento, letti un pò vecchi ma con materassi e cuscini nuovi. finestre nuove ma arredi e bagno da rivedere. Pulizia e gentilezza del personale "

"Hotel Abberdeen was an average stay hotel. I can fully give a huge shout out to the staff the night we checked in, as she was so accomodating and helped us to get settled into 2 rooms, even though Expedia's confirmation did not go through."

"Staff was not kind, they made me pay for breakfast while on the eve the agent reassured me that breakfast was free. Plus, every hotel I had stayed in before offered me a free baby crib, I got it for free but in this hotel, they said I need to pay an additional 55Euro or 60Euro. That was not friendly or cool not because of money but it means the hotel is not family-friendly. The hotel can do better on that front."

"The hotel location is good, just about 10-15 minute walk from the central station. The Catherine area is really nice with many restaurants, but it could be noisy on the weekend. Free coffee and tea in the dining area. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain well. "

"Room is big, nice and comfortable. The host is helpful and polite. And I am very impressed that few drinks are provided.
A little advice it will be great if there is a table in the room.
