Great hotel, great location

Excellent location, room is large by European standards, kitchenette is very handy and well equipped. There's even a laundromat in the hotel! Staff were pleasant and thorough with explanations. Very pleased with our stay here.

Love are stay at this apartment. We were very well welcome and had easy access to their private secure parking lot just under the building for 20 euros. It is close to everything. Lots of restaurant around the hotel even offers free coffee 24/7. Apartment was well equipped with all the amenities . The only thing I can add is it’s starting to show its age a bit, but not a big deal for us.

Great stay! The property is close to city centre and has a metro station less than a minute away. Staff were very friendly and as we arrived early they let us leave luggage securely and come back later. Only thing is walls are very thin and can hear noise easily but overall a great place and easily accessible.

There was nothing NOT to like about our stay here. Pleasantly surprised how place was walking distance to Grand Place and other attractions. The apartment was clean and we love how soft bed is! Will def choose this again & recommend to my friends.

Nice hotel in Catherine area

The hotel location is good, just about 10-15 minute walk from the central station. The Catherine area is really nice with many restaurants, but it could be noisy on the weekend. Free coffee and tea in the dining area. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain well.

Very good!

Excellent hotel in a great location, you can do everything 100% on foot, they have their own car park. Excellent facilities, room with kitchen, great bed, bathroom, etc. The only bad thing is that they have more than one building, so depending on where your room is, you'll need to go through an uncovered area in case of rain and in my case, I had a pram and I had to carry it down the stairs because there was no access ramp, but in general the hotel is very good and I recommend it.

To have kitchen is very convenient. Near the entrance there are water service and cofee machine and tea as much as we want. The hotel is 1 minute from Metro Sainte-Catherine. Stone-paved path is hard to pull suitcases. My room was quiet.

The location is excellent, close to bars and restaurants and just 10 min walking from the main plain. The room needed maintenance. The shower was dirty, in general the carpet was not very clean. They don't have AC and was really hot day over 29C. The staff was fine.

The check in was horrible. We waited for 2 hrs at the lobby and the 2 receptionists were busy chatting and didn’t come and inform us that our room was ready. We asked them twice if the room was ready and they said it’s not 3pm yet while they checked in other people. We stayed on the 3rd floor, the lobby smelled like sewage and rooms didn’t have air condition.

Good stay

Was a nice hotel. Conveniently located for the centre of Brussels but quiet at night. There was a battery missing from the remote so we couldn't use the TV without using the buttons on the side. Also the heating was left on and we didn't realise until the morning, so had a boiling night and didn't realise to check as the weather was good so no reason to have it on in the first place. Could have used some decent directions to the parking as had to stop outside and go in and ask where it was and how to access. Overall though, it was good, just a few small points they could improve on.

Es roch sehr unangenehm in unserer Etage und auch in den Zimmern. Toilette war winzig. Sauber war es. Es war kein zusätzliches Bett gemacht, obwohl wir für 4 Personen gebucht hatten und für einen Erwachsenen war das Frühstück inbegriffen und wir sollten dann zusätzlich für drei Jugendliche quasi den Erwachsenenpreis Frühstück bezahlen.
