The family room they offer for 2 adults and 2 children only has one single bed for 2 children to share. Not ideal for a 9 and 6 year old. They did rectify it and add another single bed but the room then became cramped. They should really be offering this as a family room for 4 people.

Hotel is clean, good sized rooms and comfortable. It is in a busy shopping area but fairly easy to get around. Unfortunately we had one morning with no hot water. These things happen but the hotel did not communicate with guests (or apologise) about the issue. The curtains do not fit the windows so we had strobe effects from a shop display over the road all night. This isn’t isolated to our room as the others in our party in adjacent rooms also had the same issue. Reception said they would sort it after the first night … but nothing was done.

The room and communal areas were as pictured and all very clean. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. However, during our stay we were without hot water for a number of hours with no communication from the hotel on the issue, which was very frustrating. We also experienced some other problems, but they were dealt with quickly and professionally. Most of the staff we encountered were polite and friendly but there was some confusion re check in (we had to check in twice) which could have been handled better.

Great Hotel! The location of the hotel is central and right next to a metro station, so very well situated. The quality of the hotel was that of a 4*. The staff were very polite and helpful. We travelled as a family with children and friends and it the hotel was exactly what we needed to enjoy our trip to Brussels. We would definitely recommend and don’t forget to check out the roof terrace for the views.

O hotel é muito bom, muito bem localizado e oferece um excelente café da manhã. Fiz a reserva com quatro meses de antecedência, informando que viajava com minha esposa. A reserva, feita pelo Hoteis.com, especificava quarto com cama de casal. Ao chegar, fui surpreendido com um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Ao questionar na recepção, fui informado de que, por ter reservado pela Expedia, estaria “sujeito à disponibilidade” — dito em um tom depreciativo, como se reservar por essa plataforma fosse algum tipo de demérito. Achei a atitude desnecessária e pouco acolhedora. Por outro lado, o hotel atendeu ao meu pedido de um quarto silencioso em andar alto, o que foi um ponto muito positivo. O quarto é amplo e confortável; a TV não tinha streaming, mas oferecia bons canais em inglês. O banheiro é espaçoso, embora o box do chuveiro seja minúsculo e a pressão da água muito fraca. O frigobar estava quebrado. Avisei a manutenção, mas não foi consertado até minha saída. Minha esposa havia comprado alguns iogurtes para guardar, e acabaram estragando. Resumo: excelente café da manhã, localização perfeita, quarto espaçoso, mas chuveiro ruim e atendimento na recepção deixou a desejar. Apesar do problema com as camas, a qualidade do sono foi muito boa.
