"Great hotel and location "

"Bad vibe Rude clientele Would not stay there again"

"Staff is exellent"

"The hotel location is good, just about 10-15 minute walk from the central station. The Catherine area is really nice with many restaurants, but it could be noisy on the weekend. Free coffee and tea in the dining area. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain well. "

"Great location with fantastic staff and a great bar downstairs"

"Great hotel with perhaps the best breakfast ever. If you are staying at this property eat the breakfast everyday. The food is incredible. The property itself is also wonderful and is a great place to stay."

"Muy limpio. Los cuartos y baños de primera. El desayuno muy completo y ordenado"

"Within 30 minutes we experienced a very poor, unsafe, dirty and uncomfortable environment in the building and in our room. In our room, we had dirty towels, black mold in the shower, and an overall unclean room. We were out of there right away and informed the front desk of the environment as well as had her cancel our stay. Still waiting to hear if the refund is accepted. This was a terrible and really defeating experience for our first time in Brussels."

"Clean and comfortable hotel in a great location for exploring Brusslels. Room was cool even though it was very warm outside and staff were on hand to help with the automated check in."

"An amazing hotel for families. The family gave our teens their own space which was perfect for unwinding at night. Rooms were spacious and clean."
