"Staff:
All amazing! They made us feel welcome and I appreciated all their help with our questions and needs. The location is great! We were able to walk to many things or take the metro. No driving required!
The room:
Very spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The shower design is not the best, there will be some water that leaks out onto the bathroom floor but the hotel provided a lot of towels to help minimize wet floors.

"Stayed here for 6 days with my son. He had a lot of food allergies so it’s important that I find a place with a kitchen when I travel, to allow me to prepare his meals.
This hotel was ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT! The location was great, close to shops, subway was a 3 min walk. Hotel staff was super responsive and helpful. Rooms were clean. Hotel was very accommodating after my flight got canceled and I had to book another room for 1 night. The hot tub was nice with the lounge on the 14th floor...

"Our room was clean and comfortable, and having a small kitchenette was helpful and convenient.
Our main concern was this hotel advertised as a pet friendly place but no area where our dog can do her business."

"Great room for the price. We had a one bedroom unit with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Close to everything in Old Montreal, attractions and restaurants. While Montreal is known for its restaurants you could easily save money by cooking some meals since it’s near the supermarkets and easy to get to the Jean Talon market for fresh food via the Metro.
Check in process is clunky since there is no staff in the hotel. You need to call them when checking in and use codes to enter your room and...

"The staff are friendly enough, and the room in good condition for the most part. There were some minor issues (an electrical outlet was loose in its socket, there was significant noise seemingly from the vents), but for the most part, it was a pleasant enough stay with several amenities in the building. Being downtown Montreal there were lots of things to do very nearby."
