"We stayed 1 night in this great hotel. The room was spacious. The food at the restaurant was great and the spa area/pool was very pleasant."

"🚨 SERIOUS SAFETY WARNING — AVOID THIS HOTEL! HOMELESS CAMPS IN FOREST BEHIND HOREL We felt so unsafe that we checked out a day early, lost our prepaid night, and returned to Geneva at our own expense. Hotel staff encouraged us to walk through the isolated forest behind the resort to reach the lake and city center, without warning us about the homeless encampments throughout the woods. We later discovered tents, active fire pits, and numerous individuals living in the forest directly behind...

"Wonderful breakfast samples! The hotel staff were very friendly! Great location too"

"Convenient location to the airport."

"2 min free hotel shuttle. Bus 205 takes you to UN and downtown. Stop is Bel Air. 20 min. By bus. Take the lake 50 min cruise. Covered by Swiss pass."

"A special thank you to the lovely Algerian lady at reception for her warm welcome, kindness and professionalism. She made me feel genuinely welcome after a long day. Truly outstanding hospitality! Un grand merci à la charmante réceptionniste franco-algérienne pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Après une longue journée, elle a su me mettre à l’aise. Une hospitalité vraiment remarquable !"

"This property is in a great location in the middle of Megeve. Great restaurants in the building and many others within walking distance. Once you arrive a car isn't necessary. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed our room very much with a nice balcony over looking the village. Would definitely return."

"The hotel advertises they have a restaurant every evening, but I was advised on check in that restaurant wasn’t open on my first night. I thought this was rather poor given it is a hotel airport and there was no forewarning so I couldn’t make other meal plans. Otherwise great stay."
