You have to order breakfast ahead of time, making planning a bit less convenient. There is no place to sit that isn't in the room. A simple lounge would be nice.

The bus stop is like 15 min walking (if you don't have a car) and it's very empty around, I didn't feel safe arriving later than 7 pm. Staff is kinda friendly (depending on the person). I can't emphasize enough on how small the bathroom is.

Alojamiento ideal para aquellas personas que desean pasar unos días cerca de annecy y Ginebra .Nosotros estuvimos dos noches durmiendo y la verdad es que todo estuvo bien. Evidentemente es un Hotel barato y tiene lo indispensable para poder dormir de forma cómoda y segura.

Parfois je me demande si les clients Hôtel.com n’ont pas les chambres les plus pourries. Nouvelle chambre propre, sans odeur. pression d’eau chaude de la douche pas terrible, flexible qui fuit. bref un premiere classe

La nostra esperienza non è stata delle migliori, per riassumere: per iniziare al.momento della prenotazione on line risultava la colazione inclusa nel prezzo, ma al check in ci hanno detto di no. Poi abbiamo prenotato due stanze vicine per causa dei bambini, ma appena consegnate le chiavi, una stanza non era pulita e ce ne hanno data un'altra ma distante (il che ha reso scomodo il risveglio con i bambini). La seconda notte alle 23:00 quando arriviamo in albergo la chiave elettronica della mia stanza non funzionava, e non sono potuta entrare. Abbiamo chiamato il numero di servizio ma non ha risposto nessuno. Così abbiamo dovuto dormire in 4 in una stanza. L'indomani quando parlo con la reception mi dicono che avrei dovuto uscire dall'albergo e chiedere una chiave nuova alla macchinetta che era apposta per quello, dicendomi che c'era il cartello con la scritta. Noi però non abbiamo fatto caso in quanto era notte. Ad ogni modo trovo senza senso e scomodo dover avere il pensiero che la chiave non potrebbe funzionare e di dover uscire dall'albergo per farne un'altra. L'esperienza per noi è stata scarsa

L’accueil très sympathique. Et je ne m’y attendais pas mais l’environnement est plutôt calme la nuit. Donc nuit reposante. Pas mal d’option pour manger mais la pizza disponible sur place et montée à la chambre à leur dite c’etait nickel.

Personnel d'étage sympathique mais bruyant dans les couloirs tôt le matin. L'hôtel indique "chambre insonorisée" mais je pouvais entendre le client d'à côté ronfler. Distributeurs café/snack n'acceptant pas la CB, en 2025 c'est vraiment dommage. Petit déjeuner très simple mais convenable, hors mis le café.
