The good: nicely located, very nice reception staff. Very good breakfast, clean and in front of the lake. The bad: standard double room is pretty small, small double bed and the housekeeping staff make a lot of noise in the morning in the corridor just outside your room door (even when the DO NOT DISTURB sign is placed), moving equipment, talking loud…

The hotel has beautiful scenary,well kept with a nice buffet to enjoy your breakfast at their beautiful little garden The staff are very friendly and courteous. And we had a very clean room in front of the lake and the mountain.

A little gem close to old town and lake.

I stayed in this lovely hotel before; it is always nice and cosy. It snowed this morning, so views were amazing as hotel is a stone throw from the lake as well as the mountains opposite. Reception staff were really helpful and professional. Rooms are spacious and beds are really comfy.

Great stay!

We loved this hotel. Easy free private parking and a beautiful 20 min walk along the lake to old town. Front desk staff was very friendly and even stored a few things for us in their fridge. The hotel has a very nice patio in the front and we had a nice little private patio off our room. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Had a lovely stay, staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend that if you are after a slightly bigger and cooler room, ask for a room in the B building.

Attractive, Modern, with Great Service

With attractive modern decor, this hotel was pleasant, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly providing excellent service and local information. And the breakfast was excellent too! Although not located in the Old Town, the hotel offers free parking. You can then walk to the Old Town along a lovely lakeside walk in around 25 mins.

Excellent friendly service. Spotless. Fantastic breakfast. We asked for a cot for our 1yo and they delivered and confirmed via messages too. Great communication and instructions. Very secure car park. Absolutely stunning location. Could not fault it!

The views from the 2nd floor front rooms of the hotel are fabulous. The location is good depending on what type of trip you want, and its about a 20 minute walk into the centre of town. My single room was a bit spartan (paper cup that wasn't changed rather than a glass) and the room was a bit cramped.

One night stop, overall good value.

A one night stopover returning from the Alps. Fist room was small and there was a terrible damp small in the bathroom. We returned to reception and were allocated another room 230 which was much better with nice views over the lake and a little more space. Check in and friendliness of the reception team was very good. Overall, great location 25 minutes walk to town but right by the lake and next to a great Brasserie too.

Good hotel with an excellent location!

Nice hotel with free parking. We stayed in the Annexe which was spacious and cool. Great location of just a few minutes walk to the lake. We also walked to the centre which took about 45 minutes. Staff were friendly. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on this. We stayed for one night and would stay again. Highly recommend

Great location. Close to the lac and restaurants and bars. Slightly out of town about 30 mins walk into Annecy along lakeside. Clean and tidy but could do with a little bit of updating and no shower curtain for shower in bath. Overall very good. Excellent gated parking.
