"We really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were nice and spacious enough. The staff were exceptional, I was always so happy to interact with them. Also the common space was really nice with lots of seating and plentiful washer/driers at a good price. There were also some good vending machines and a microwave which came in handy. The location was good and easy to get everywhere in Tokyo despite not necessarily being in a tourist hotspot"

"We are repeat guests at this hotel and love it very much. It offers outstanding service in many ways and a very pleasant atmosphere. My family loves their buffet-style breakfasts. It is easy to check in and out. We even got take-out drinks to go. If they have other locations, we will definitely use the hotel."

"Nice property in nice location. Breakfast buffet in two restaurants is great. Similar fare. Lots of other restaurants throughout hotel and also near more in Shinjuku. Overall a great place to stay. "

"I loved staying at this hotel and appreciated it even more after moving to the Marriott, which seemed very cold and sterile compared to the Niwa. From the super polite front desk people (we received a very deep bow from one when boarding the elevator to our room the first time) to the little touches such as an air cleaner/humidifier, tea service tray and bluetooth speaker in the room, the Hotel Niwa is a very nice place to stay. You feel like you are experiencing the real Japan here."
