Hotellets koncept riktar sig till japanska gäster som speglas i inredningen, den stora frukostbuffén, som mest bjuder på japanska rätter (det finns även ett mindre västerländskt urval), och restaurangen med franskt koncept. Dock finns det många internationella gäster.

"Stayed for 3 nights at the end of Golden Week. Was very well looked after, the food provided with the half board package was excellent. Drcided to stay here based on cost and location - was not disappointed."
"The traditional Japanese hotel is so spacious that it surprises us the minute we walked in. It has a full living area, a bedroom and a long patio that provides excellent view to the back yard. It has a private indoor hot spring tub and a private outdoor onsen. The back yard lead to hotel garden area which has all kinds of beautiful flowers and plan. Mountain is just next to the backyard. The ambience was excellent. A simple traditional Japanese breakfast was provided for free a request."
"The staff was friendly, and although the hotel was a bit old, it was clean and well-maintained, so there were no inconveniences.
The ocean view from the room and open-air hot spring in the large public bath was truly wonderful.
The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was extremely slow, but overall, it was an accommodation I would love to visit again."
