"Although this property is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the ski lifts, we were offered a pick up on most mornings and afternoons. Our driver Nao was always extremely punctual, friendly and helpful. He drove us over to East Mountain directly on most mornings. He also picked us up from the shuttle bus on our arrival and dropped us off with our luggage to the bus on our departure. Nao also supplied us with a hot pot one evening which was absolutely delicious!"

"Have some of the most amazing and tranquil views imaginable of the lake. This hotel is away from the main town but offers a shuttle several times through the day and it is only a 10 minute ride highly recommend taking a ferry to the island in the middle of Lake Toya. The beds were super comfortable, and the food was traditional Japanese, which is not my favorite, but was good quality and generous. The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning.
The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. We cooked at the chalet twice and walked to dinner nearby at some very yummy restaurants. This place is better than advertised.
