"awesome location! right next to the Ovation Mall and metro station. there wasn't any parking available the first night, but it was easy and affordable to park at the ovation. rooms were clean. Breakfast and coffee in the morning were great. I did laundry as well, super easy and convenient"

"Ideal spot if you're attending a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. It's a quick and easy walk. Hotel itself is fine, nothing special. Avoid a room on the 4th floor if possible. That's where the pool and breakfast are located and it's noisy if you want to sleep in. "

"Staff was incredibly friendly. The rest was subpar. Room were cleanish as far as clean sheets and bathroom. But there were rusted fixtures in the bathroom and bedroom, the hallways wreaked of marijuana (I’m asthmatic so this really affects me, plus my children), the door to the room was flimsy, and the road noise was extremely loud. I was excited for the kids to swim but the pool was essentially the size of two hot tubs and was not heated (as advertised). Pictures were a bit deceiving. I would not stay here again. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City for 3 nights, during Ester weekend. The location is perfect, especially if you’re visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. One of the best parts was the convenient shuttle service that takes you back and forth between the hotel and the park, it made everything so easy and stress-free. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. You can really feel how organized and attentive they are everything runs smoothly and on time, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely come back again whenever I visit Universal Studios!"
