My now fiancé had asked beforehand if he proposed there in LA if we would be given anything and they told him we would be given a free bottle of wine. "Breakfast is good but credit usage is not clear. We’ve asked some explications but we were surprised at the end when we received the invoice. Be careful, parking isexpensive (maybe due to the location), valet is mandatory. Rooms are quite big but without any charm."

"We stayed here for a week with our two children (10 & 8). It was a great location and easy to get in and out - although there are a lot of access codes to remember ! We loved the pool !!!! The washing machine and dryer in our room was brilliant - as was the large fridge/freezer. There is no reception or anyone onsite - everything is done online - but this wasn’t an issue, and they were super quick to respond on email about anything we needed. Would definitely recommend ❤️"

"The first unit they put us in (on the 3rd floor) had an issue with the AC. When we called customer service, they told us to keep it set around 65 and wait until the next day for someone to check it out since we called at night. It ended up getting so warm that we had to go buy a fan. When we called again, they offered to move us to a different unit on the 7th floor, which was much better. It also had a nice view of the Hollywood Sign. Other than that, the units were nice, clean, and spacious....
