"It is the absolute best, unless you can afford the Ritz. Excellent location, close to Notre Dame, the Louvre, high end and more affordable budget shopping. Across the street, an excellent boulangerie to grab breakfast, multiple dinning options close by. Water and ice machines in every floor perfect after you have been walking in the sun all day long. Big comfortable rooms and bathrooms."

"We enjoyed our stay at CitizenM which is a very unique concept hotel. This location is literally steps from the Gare de Lyon station (be sure to exit at the lower level onto Rue de Bercy) so very convenient for travelling. Everything in the room was very clean and laid out with great efficiency. Even though it was compact, a lot of thought went into the arrangement and placement of various furniture and items for easy access. Breakfast was excellent with many choices and served in a large cafeteria. Free water is always available for filling. Would definitely stay here again and consider it as a first choice for any location we visit in future."

"This property was probably excellent when it first opened,,but has not been well maintained. It was clean, the location was great, the AC did not work, and it did not seem that it would be fixed soon. The price we paid was much higher than a price I saw later in a French website. Some of the photos in the brochure do accurately represent the current state of the property. I would not return."
