"We stayed for 4 nights in the Aldwych Rm, early July, 2025. Fantastic hotel, beautifully decorated throughout! Our room was wonderful, cool, quiet, incredible bathroom, and an extremely comfortable bed!
This hotel room was worth every penny, great breakfast every morning, included in the price!
Air conditioning in room, that was so welcome during the current UK heat wave, brilliant staff, good TV setup, very easy and powerful WiFi, room amenities that included complimentary drinks and snacks!...

"We spent three very happy weeks here. Everything is brand new, stylish and very clean. Staff are wonderful and the location cannot be beaten. The only downsides were that our apartment did not have an outlook (just modern buildings across the quiet road) and it’s very expensive, but we would stay again if we found a good rate. "
"We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. We arrived early and although our room wasn’t ready, the staff made an effort to call us as soon as it was. We were then lucky enough to be upgraded to an enormous suite which had complimentary mini bar, huge queen size bed etc.
The location was great for a central base in Chelsea and we also tried breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was was also highly rated. Staff were great - only a minor couple of hiccups where they accidentally double charged us for...
"We were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will be back, Thank you"

"An outstanding hotel. Very convenient location. Staff were absolutely superb and the room itself was brilliant. Lovely little touches at every turn such as complementary snacks and drinks (remember when all hotels had this?!), robe and slippers etc. I was a little surprised when I was told an additional £20 service charge was to be paid on checkout when the room was already paid but apart from that, a really great stay. Highly recommended."
