"L’hôtel est proche du centre-ville. La qualité de prestation est à revoir pour frôler un 4 étoile.
Il y a des corrections à amener pour améliorer le confort des clients.
Exemple sur la douche.
Obliger de racler l’eau qui s’échappe de la partie douche pour se propager dans la pièce de salle de bain. Pas agréable et risque de chute.
La literie aussi. Très fine et pas assez confortable pour une nuit à apprécier.
L’alarme incendie qui clignote juste au-dessus du lit qui illumine la pièce à...

"It was amazing. Although very far from the city and we had a cloudy few days, the spa, amenities and staff were amazing. Everyone was very accommodating and it was very easy to communicate with staff via Whatsapp or in person. The shuttle service was great, the booked tour with the hotel worked perfectly, restaurants were good and it was a great stay.
Highly recommend a trip to Aito in the rovaniemi area. A perfect little escape"

"It’s a resort for people who want to be active. Active in the sense of skiing, etc.. the laundry facilities worked for what we needed. Staff was helpful. The lookout Tower gave a beautiful view. "
