"The property was ok….definitely in need of some renovation/repairs. My room had a piece of plywood painted white under one of the windows, presumably to hide some kind of damage/hole. The pool area is in need of some new furnishings - the wood is rotting. Don’t get me wrong - I enjoyed my stay, but the place, overall, is getting a bit tired and needs some love. "

"This was an emergency booking. The staff was very helpful, since bookings done through Expedia take 24 hours, and I made the booking 30 - 60 mins before getting to the hotel. The FDC Andre got that sorted for me, which I appreciate. The room was clean, all the staff were friendly. My room was at poolside, so the foot traffic was louder than expected. I got to hear some rando talk about a million dollar deal whether I wanted to or not. And there has to be a school near by cause all morning I hear...

"The overall cleanliness of the hotel is good. It is not the absolute best but based on the price, it is good enough. The front desk staff to include Ruschel and Danielle were absolutely polite and amazing! The room attendant Dahlia, is the BEST I have ever encountered in all the places I have traveled. Her mannerism is that of an exceptional person and she was ALWAYS pleasant and had a welcoming style. I would hire her for my business. The dining staff was always professional, especially Shanice & Sushana (I hope I got their names correct). The overall convenience of the location is great and close to food and other entertainment. PS: The breakfast is excellent (best oats porridge) but the dinner, not so much. "
