"We enjoyed the breakfast! The room was clean and seemed like it was new. Staff thoughtfully set us up in a room on a higher floor since we were staying a few nights. Didn't get to use the pool or fitness center, but the hotel was conveniently located close to RIT where our plans kept us busy."

"The room looked clean upon arrival but there was food - looked like a cookie or a biscuit-behind the dresser, the freezer was a big block of ice , the air conditioner filter and vents are filthy, then the smoke detector kept beeping, the battery needed to be replaced and I had to wait over an hour ..."
