"The room was clean and the hotel was near the boardwalk. However, the AC unit in my room wasn’t functional the whole day and after calling 3 times and going in person to address the issue, it wasn’t solved. I slept in a hot room rest of night."

"They fired all the staff. Absolute sh.t show. Both locations (Henrietta and Greece in Rochester NY) are going to be or should be closed. Someone told the one in Greece had bed bugs, but I do not know that."
