Our room was spacious and clean, we were a block off the main pedestrian street and in the heart of the historic area. The room was stocked with all of the amenities, something I rarely see nowadays.

"This property is the perfect spot if you are using Venice as a jumping off spot to somewhere else. The hotel is across the street from the airport has a shuttle service that is easy to use and their restaurant stays open late. We arrived at Venice airport at 9:00 pm. The shuttle was there to pick us up five minutes after we called. We told them that we needed dinner and they stayed open for us."
"This is an amazing property in Venice. It was our first trip to Venice and we were so glad we stayed in this neighborhood rather than the crowded area near St Mark’s Square. It is an easy walk (about a mile) to the major tourist attractions and the payoff includes less crowds, more local food and peace and quiet! We will definitely stay here again on a return trip!"
